It,s a bug in my iPhone 6 plus , widget cant collect my used internet data and just show 0b/500m , please solve this problem,thanks

Paid my money and this app does not work, how do I get a refund.

The widget doesnt show up most of the time in the notification screen. And when it does the data is very behind almost 500mb-1.5gb off. Stupid app
